We are looking for 02 Team Leads with excellent managerial skills along with sales experience on outbound campaigns.
Having at least 1 year of relevant experience in the call center Sales industry.
The role offered by the company entails:
Productivity.
Perform day-to-day operation.
Provide training to the new staff.Assess team's overall and individual performances& coach the team member to improve efficiency of the operation. Able to work in night shift.
